We are blessed to have an active group of Senior Adults at First Baptist.
While our program with our seniors is often more “free-flowing” than structured, we do have some planned events:
- Every Wednesday we do “Lunch Bunch”. For a nominal fee, our Seniors meet in the fellowship hall for a brief program, some wonderful fellowship, and a nutritious lunch.
- Once a year (usually in spring) we do a Senior Adult Sunday complete with a catered and furnished meal.
- We do a Valentine’s Dance and banquet.
- We go on day trips, have “game days,” and of course are involved with Sunday School and discipleship at the church as well!
