FBC’s Children’s Ministry offers children from age three through fifth grade a fun, safe environment where they can learn about God’s love. We want to make sure that all children feel loved, accepted, and excited about coming to church, and we offer a variety of educational and recreational activities to nurture them as they grow into a relationship with Christ. These opportunities include Sunday School, Children’s Choir, Vacation Bible School, Missions Groups, and seasonal activities throughout the year.

Children’s Choir
FBC’s Children’s Choir meets weekly each school year from September through May and is open to all children in grades K - 5. Students are picked up from Mocksville Elementary on the church bus and are brought to the Fellowship Hall, where they enjoy a snack and recreation time, receive basic music and rhythm instruction, and learn a variety of Christian contemporary songs and hymns. Missions Groups
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…" Matthew 28:19. FBC Mocksville believes that being mission minded starts at an early age. On Sunday evenings at 5pm we offer “Mission Friends” for 3years through kindergarten. For girls first grade through fifth grade we offer “Girls in Action (GA’s).” Young men ages first grade through fifth grade are invited to join “Royal Ambassadors (RA’s).” These mission groups introduce children to what it means to be a missionary both locally and abroad. During the year activities include an Easter Egg Hunt, ice cream socials, Parent’s night out, Day at the Movies, Fall Festival, and Children’s Christmas party to name a few. We offer large and small group activities that are fun and that teach God's truth in ways that are exciting for children. By using music, crafts, games, and movies we want to share the love of Jesus with your child.
